David Hall
David's real estate career emerged with a combined admiration for the business and a borderline obsession with finding good deals. After graduating from the University of Vermont in 2009, he moved to New York City and has been renting in Brooklyn ever since. David's learned firsthand the nuances of finding the perfect NYC apartment; from being a New York outsider and making the move, to changing neighborhoods to accommodate various lifestyles, to working directly with landlords and rental companies on tenant issues. With a background in visual art, David's eye for detail is his strongest asset. He makes it his duty to ensure his clients' search is both efficient and straight forward with no added "surprises." In understanding their unique needs, he's able to guide in a way that saves both money and time. When he's not out selling real estate, David enjoys documentaries, photography, playing ice hockey in Prospect Park, and finding deals.
