Frank Spaulding-Bey
Frank is an honorably discharged member of the United States Armed Forces having spent time in the Marine Corps, the Navy Reserves and the Army National Guard. He is a brown belt in Goju Karate and has one Muay Thai fight under his belt for a three round split decision defeat. He played one season of college football at LIU/CW Post, two seasons of club rugby at Fordham University, one season of college baseball each at Nassau Community College, Elizabeth City State University (ECSU) and Benedict College as he received his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics and Finance from ECSU.
Frank got his start in real estate in 1996 working for Household Finance as a mortgage originator and later moved on to Long Beach/Ameriquest Mortgage Corp., First Funding Mortgage Bankers, Olympia Mortgage Corp. and then to Marine Midland/HSBC. He bought and sold scrap metal for three years and was a vice president of marketing and sales for Hire Disability Solutions, Inc. He got his license as a NYS real estate sales person in 2013 and ascended to being a licensed NYS real estate associate broker in 2016.
Frank was born in the Bronx, NY and raised between Harlem, NY and Cambria Heights, NY into an entrepreneurial and political family, as his father, Frank, Sr. was a 3 term mayor of Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies (WI) and, a betting and gambling mogul on the island with vast real estate holdings on the island of Jamaica and abroad. When Frank, Sr. would stay at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in NYC for diplomatic matters that is when he acquired NY real estate in the late 1960s and early 1970s in the Bronx, NY primarily; the same way EB-5 investors do presently. Frank's eldest brother, Anthony (Tony) Spaulding, attorney-at-law was the Minister of National Housing in Jamaica, WI under Prime Minister Michael Manley's first two term administration where Anthony spearheaded the construction of 40,000 affordable homes on the island in a 8 year period by studying the workings of NYC's affordable housing marketing in the late 1960s and early 1970s before being elected to Parliament in Jamaica in 1972.
The biggest attribute that Frank bring to his practice of real estate from all of the latter mentioned is, "the only place success comes before work is in the dictionary" as Frank looks forward to working with you in your real estate objectives successfully and to your complete satisfaction.
