Max Lucas

Originally from Paris, Max managed several restaurants and hotels in Western Europe and North America, and gained expertise in, prior to turning his talents to Real Estate. Bilingual in English & French, and currently learning Arabic, Max himself has an international background having lived in France, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Max keeps abreast of current local market trends by constantly checking new listings, looking up property records for closing prices, and staying up to date on new construction projects. "I identify the best options for my clients," he says, "and help them every step of the way." Should a client need help in finding a painter, architect, or interior designer, for example, he will assist them in any way he can.

Why does Max enjoy real estate so much? "In New York, millions of people walk side by side as artists, financial movers and shakers as well as teachers and students who all want to star in their own version of a NYC love affair. I get to help them move uptown, downtown, East or West and settle into the city that never sleeps. But in a city that never sleeps everyone needs a place to call home."
