Patricia is a native New Yorker, born and raised in Manhattan. For Patricia, clients represent more than just a transaction- they are her guests and neighbors in the city she loves. Since 2013, she has completed a myriad of deals in lower Manhattan. Having been an aggressive negotiator on both buyer and seller side, she understands what it takes to get a deal done.
Prior to a real estate career, she worked in Shanghai, China as a marketing professional in real estate development. On her free time, she organized fundraisers to generate support for children and businesses in second-tier cities.
Her colorful experience enables her to understand clients from all walks of life to meet their real estate needs. The relationship never ends at the transaction but continues on to ensuring clients have a smooth experience, whether it's moving out of an old neighborhood or settling into a new one.
