Terance Massenburg

Born in Manhattan and raised in the Bronx, A young man by the name of Terance Massenburg started his education in Architectural studies establishing his love for property in New York which he later would graduate with an Architectural Diploma. While living abroad in Europe he took an appreciation to all that the world had to offer architecturally. He later realized that there was no place like home in NYC and quickly returned to further his education. With a Bachelor of Science from Lehman College in Business and a special concentration in Marketing and human Resources and a minor in philosophy he learn to work with people in a relatable way. After working in retail and the MTA Terance wanted to help people with the renting and purchasing of a home, he decided to take up Real Estate in the place that brings the best to the capital of the world. Terance enjoys all that the city has to offer from his favorite elegant french 5 star restaurants in Daniel's on 65th Street, to his Mexican Dos Caminos eatery in Soho on West Broadway.
